WHY USE A BROKER ?

A reputable broker can do a far better job for you than most banks.

• They have a wide range of lenders, which extends well beyond high street banks and includes merchant banks, building societies, development funds, private lending consortiums and joint venture partners.

• They are able to identify the most appropriate lender and turn the application around very quickly.

• A broker is experienced in presenting and packaging an application on behalf of their client, in a format that will improve the chances of securing the required funds.

• A broker will, usually, only get paid when the finance is secured and drawndown. He has a vested interest in making sure the application is processed in the shortest possible time and will available to help with any delays in the process.

• Brokers are able to negotiate favourable rates for clients which, quite often, can offset the brokers fee completely.
